As kids say "OMG" we got our LOA (letter of acceptance)!!! We just need to sign and return to Holt and we will then wait (not so long, maybe 2 weeks) for our TA (travel approval) with the dates we will be traveling!!
We were with our playgroup today and had a fantastic time even with me lamenting the lack of hearing about our LOA and wonder upon wonder when I got home there was a message congratulating us that our LOA had arrived!! Boy, what a feeling!! It feels like Christmas morning and I just unwrapped my hearts desire. I immediately phoned Pat and with a shaky voice told him the news. He was so happy even though he was stuck in traffic and knew it would be a mess the whole way home, he said, "But that's all right. It doesn't matter." He's so happy even Washington to Virginia traffic can't get to him today.
Things will start to move fast now. We have to get our Visas and make sure none of our documents will expire before we travel. We'll post more later.
