Ok, here's the story...we ordered a cooktop, a 36' Kitchenaid with downdraft, what came 2 weeks later: 30' inch Kitchenaid cooktop. It was sent back and 2 weeks later, what came? A 36' GE cooktop with no downdraft! What, are they drunk? It wasn't even a Kitchenaid!! We are now on our 3rd attempt to get this cooktop and have been without one for a month. Can they get it right? Will Elizabeth maintain her temper? Will the President of this company be hearing about this? Will we ever order from this company again? Stay tuned...

Very nice countertop. I love it!!!! So I guess the family is eating out a lot w/o that cooktop.
