Well, we made it to the White Swan! Ava did really well on the flight, well, ok, she did fine on the flight, well, umm, ok, ok, so she kinda lost it for the last 20 minutes and made it a living nightmare!! Oh all right, it wasn't that bad. Poor Ava fell asleep (finally) right as we started our descent and we think the pressure woke her and maybe her ears hurt (a LOT) because she screamed for the entire descent into Guangzhou. Other than that both the girls did really do well on the flight. We got her medical done today and have our appointment Thursday. We'll post a few pictures.
Terri - Olivia has been talking a lot over the last few months about how she'll "teach" Ava and "help" her, well, so far, all she seems to do is pull everything Ava may want to touch away which you might think is good except it's everything, including things we give her to play with. Other than that Olivia has not had any issues with me giving so much time to Ava. It seems she is, for the moment anyway, secure in her position in the family. We've had so much fun with them.

Old stomping grounds again huh. I found it surreal to be back in Guangzhou again. Actually, we all kinda miss it and will go there again in 2010. Starbucks wasnt' there when we were there was it? Tom swears it was - I say not so. Glad to hear the girls are acting like true sisters. Much love! Terri
