Birthday Boys

Usually on your birthday you get to choose what you would like to eat and that included going to a restaurant. Of course over the years, the kids (oh, ok, and us) have gotten in the habit of going to the restaurant of the b'day's choice. Since Ava is on a liquid diet still, I just couldn't see us at a restaurant eating and her watching, so the guys were kind enough to choose takeout, however, it was from Outback (not too shabby). HAPPY BIRTHDAY GUYS, WE LOVE YOU!

On a more serious note, Ava has a hole in her palate on the right side near her tooth line. After speaking with the Dr. office, we are trying to prepare ourselves for the possibility of another surgery in the next 2 months. We won't really know for sure until the Dr. can take a look next week, but if what we described to them is true, it looks like they will have to fix it sooner rather than later. She's been very restless the passed 3-4 nights, not sleeping for more than 2 hours at a time. It becomes very draining, she's probably starving (not literally, but my fear is literal) but it is hard to only feed her "liquid". God love her, she's fantastic and cute and wonderful through all this.
